About Us


AALPE started it’s humble journey on the 30 th of October, 1992. We are a Secular Service Organization. The Association of Academicians pleads that the lives of people who are less fortunate and are doing hard work to fill their stomachs ought to be given opportunities to change their lives with confidence and self reliance. We strive for the upliftment of vulnerable communities. Liberation of the downtrodden through uplifting and protecting the Rights and Improving quality of their lives. Restoration of Peace in parts of the Society where there are disturbances. Education to those who are not even aware of the many privileges available, due to ignorance and illiteracy.

The office bearers are dedicated to work with service minded for the welfare of under privileged sections, so that all may enjoy happy life and reach the realities of their dreams coming True.

To serve the needy and Vulnerable People through our dedicated voluntary services to meet the needs of the needy.


  • AALPE’s mission is the overall development of downtrodden, neglected and vulnerable human beings of the society.
  • Every individual should aware of their Rights and Entitlements.
  • Women should be self-reliant and reduce dependence through Self Help Group Concepts.
  • To provide accurate information about eradicating of TB, Cancer, HIV/AIDS, Swine Flu etc.
  • To provide Health Care to the slum dwellers, rural people and the high risk groups
  • To strive for Eradication of Poverty, Illiteracy and Child Labour and strive for Child Development, Protecting Child Rights among Rural and Coastal areas.
  • To protect Environment, Ecology and Ecological Balance and provide training in Disaster Management.
  • To provide alternative employment through Income Generation Trainings for Women Groups and Sea Coastal Youth.
  • To provide Placement Linked Skill Development Trainings for Un-Employed Youth.
  • To conduct “Swachh Krishna ODF Campaign” through Community Mobilization of Toilet construction .
  • To create Capacity Building and IEBC activities
  • To conduct WUA management on WUA convergence-Joint Azmoish, Corpus Building and Agri related activities.
  • To conduct sustainable Agriculture programmes etc. ZBNF, formation FPOs etc.,
  • To conduct Pilot Studies on Rural Water Supply and Sanitation , ToT programmes etc.
